The finearts building had many high relief panels around the building
showing processionals of art workers of all arts and periods. There was
also sculpture and statuary throughout the building. There was an
enclosed group of statuary made up of a seated female surrounded by
various art workers bringing their handiwork for judgement. There were
groups of symbolic composition surrounding pediments representing
history, literature and science. Crowning each pediment was a figure
representing fame. The sculpture done in the building was done by
Sculptor Bringhurst of St. Louis. Groups of cherubs, eagles and sheilds
were found all around the building.
