...the building exactly fitted its purposes and the exhibit it housed. Warm, creamy-white walls, overlaid with old-burnt-sienna timbering - what could better suggest the butter and cream within? F. A. Henninger, of Omaha, was certainly at his best when, as architect, he wrought this little gem of the Exposition.
