Fifteen states had exhibits in the Agriculture Building. In addition to state exhibits, corporations and private persons also had exhibits. Forestry and irrigation exhibits.

The primary feature of the Agriculture Building was its decorative use of the various grains, illustrating the productiveness of each of the fifteen states that participated in the Agriculture Building.

There were two main problems with the design of this building: its entrances and its roof. The architect who designed the building likely thought that the south doors would serve as the main entrance. He then designed small doors on the east and west sides. However, the east and west doors received as much traffic as the south doors, which was a bit of a problem when large crowds of people visited the exhibit. The second problem facing the Agriculture Building was a roof defect, which led to major leaks.

In spite of the difficulties with the building, the Superintendent of the Agriculture Bureau, F.W. Taylor expressed general satisfaction with the exhibit.
