Foundation Center Cooperating Collection is a nationwide network of libraries, community foundations, and other nonprofit agencies, of which Omaha Public Library is a part. We provide visitors with free public access to grantmaker directories, books on fundraising and nonprofit management, and the Foundation Center’s Foundation Directory Online Database. The fully searchable database includes detailed profiles of all active U.S. foundations, as well as an extensive file of recent grants awarded by the nation’s top funders. This database is accessible from any Internet computer at the W. Dale Clark (Main) Library. You can take a tour before going to the library to use the database.

National Center for Charitable Statistics - National repository of data on the nonprofit sector in the U.S.; also some 990 forms.

Give.org - BBB Wise Giving Alliance.The Alliance reports on nationally soliciting charitable organizations that are the subject of donor inquiries. These reports include an evaluation of the subject charity in relation to the voluntary BBB charity standards.
