Omaha Public Library (OPL) will reveal a new logo and website at
free neighborhood open house celebrations at all 12 locations from 10
a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 13. The pre-Valentine’s Day,
all-ages parties will include entertainment, storytelling, refreshments
and a few big surprises. Omaha won’t want to miss this chance to see
what’s new at OPL and “fall in love” with the Library all over again.
“We want the people in our community to see that there’s more to love
at Omaha Public Library than many even know about,” said OPL Executive
Director Gary Wasdin. “This free, citywide open house is a wonderful
way for Omahans of all ages to get reacquainted with the Library and
celebrate all it has to offer.”
