Omaha will never have the public library it needs and deserves unless everyone who cares about the library becomes a Foundation contributor. It is time to join us in strengthening the Omaha Public Library!

The Omaha Public Library Foundation publicly recognizes all gifts of $1,000 or more with specially designed brass “books”. These plaques are prominently displayed with contributor names in the library location of the donor's choice. (This recognition may be declined by the donor.)

The City of Omaha Public Library Foundation is a private nonprofit 501-C-3 corporation governed by a distinguished board comprised of volunteer civic leaders. All gifts are fully tax deductible.

The Foundation has received major gifts from most of Omaha's largest businesses and foundations as well as many generous individuals.
